- Possession of active Ayushman Bharat Golden Card / PM-JAY Card.
- Antyodaya Anna Yojana (AAY) or priority ration card holders as notified by Gujarat Govt.
- No cap on family size or age limit of family members.

Step 2: Pre-Authorization Submission
Our hospital PM-JAY desk uploads clinical images and treatment codes directly to the government PM-JAY portal.
Step 3: Cashless Surgery & Inpatient Care
Upon online approval (typically within 2 to 4 hours), surgery is scheduled in our Class-100 Modular OT with zero expense.
Step 4: Discharge & Follow-up
Patient receives discharge summary, prescribed medicines, and post-op physiotherapy schedule at no cost.
