About the Program
Recognizing that sudden orthopaedic surgeries can severely strain lower-middle-income households, the Government of Gujarat created the MAA Vatsalya Yojana. Shiv Orthopaedic Hospital provides full cashless benefits under this scheme.

Eligibility Criteria
- Families residing in Gujarat with annual household income up to ₹4,00,000.
- Holders of valid MAA Vatsalya Card.
- Registered journalists, accredited rural workers, and fixed-pay state employees.

- MAA Vatsalya Card with QR/Chip
- Original Income Certificate from Mamlatdar (dated within 3 years)
- Aadhaar Card of the patient and family head
- Family Ration Card
